This place is very nice if you are a privileged white elitist. The amount of racism is just oozing out of every building. I'm a conservative Trump supporter so no blind hatred here. Brought our best friends there (black couple) and I've never been so embarrassed in my life. If you are planning on golfing or buying a house here and don't fit the mold, run as fast as you can and don't turn back.
Battle continues with renters vs home owners. Beware of this property. POA allows home owners to list full facility access to renters and then battle with then when they arrive.

Place is a big Sham. Home owners association allows renters to overtake facility. Renters come in thinking they can have access to the facility but are refused access. Chris Stenglien is the biggest scam artist in the scheme. Has places listed on VRBO and scams renters.
